It could be because I feel like ive been in a year long summer, because I have. But I am seriously craving the cold weather. And im sure once I experience it I will very quickly be ready for the heat again. My Itunes was playing last night & Christmas songs came on. I get so excited. Its still a few months away... but not toooo far. Which also means its almost my birthday. Ill be 22 & thats cool cause its my favorite number :) So, to hold me off until I make my way north for a white winter vacation (fingers crossed).. I got a pumpkin spice latte at 7/11 this morning. Mmmmmm...

I am so excited for fashion week next week in NYC. I wish I was going to be there though :/ just going to have to keep myself posted via blogs and what not. I had a really fun weekend last weekend, I know im late on posting about it, but I have been so busy I didnt have the time. I need to get a blogger app for my black berry. So, yesterday was Remi's birthday, shes 18, but I wasnt going to be able to get up to my moms this weekend to see her so she came down to ft. laud last weekend and i took her out. We had dinner & then went to Passions at Hardrock. So fun. Then sunday we spent all day in South Beach on the beach and walking around. Had lunch and then went back up to my place. Very relaxingg. I cant believe its the weekend again. I am watching my friend Megans dog this weekend, hes blind & soo cute. Him and Chloe should get along really well. Im glad she will have a friend for the weekend. :)

I cant get off my mind the study abroad next summer in London. I started saving up so its less money im going to have to take out for loans. Ill be there for 3 months, I cant wait any longer.

Last night I downloaded a shit load of new songs, btw, i love doing that. Skimming through music websites & blogs and finding new shit thats out. Then i dont listen to them until the next day when im at work aimlessly surfing the web because im bored lol which doesnt happen alot at work, im usually pretty busy, but it happens. OKay, i will post some cool things i found this week in a few, gotta do some work.

Which isn’t art?

Well of course it is, we’re drawing hairs here. I mean I just think that art should be about, should have some integral comment within the picture itself and I only see my stuff as snap photography almost. I think, at least at the moment, that I haven’t developed that thought process yet. I don’t feel like it’s… I mean when you go to an exhibition and you see art you know it’s art, right? When you go a photography show and you know they’re social documents and the person’s applied artistic tools - I kind of see myself on that level. I have an eye, I see what I want to draw and I can make it look pretty. But I don’t think it has a message. But it’d make a fun book!

I registered for classes the other day. Im kind of bummed because if I didnt have to have a job, id be able to finish all classes this next semester and graduate in December, but since thats not the case, I will have to graduate in march. Which isnt so bad either. I look at it as more time to get my portfolio together. I got my behance site up and running, CHECK IT OUT!

Last night I took Chloe out for a while just around my neighborhood... I had intentions of going to the dog park, but I couldnt find it. She knows i meant well lol

Its been a little while since ive posted but I took a long nap today so now im wide awake. I had spring break two weeks ago which was pretty relaxing. I didnt do too much, kind of just hung around, painted a little bit and ate pretty much everything. Oh yeah, i worked too. Then I started school back up and im actually really excited for this quarter. Partially because last quarter just sucked, but I have some pretty good classes this quarter. My teachers are all pretty cool. Im taking a photography class, an indesign class, a package design class, and a corporate identity class. AND my final and last math class I will ever take in the history of Math classes. thank you jesusss. My mom let me borrow her cool camera.. so I will post some stuff up here once i get some good shots. I am working on this great disney campaign about child abuse. I am finally getting that on a roll, so ill update soon about that also. I should produce some good portfolio pieces once this quarter is over. I am hoping to get this internship with an agency down here for my summer quarter, although Id love to travel during my break, we will see how that pans out.

I went to Daytona this past weekend & got to see some old friends. It was a great time. We had a suite on the 24th floor overlooking dirty daytona. Not such a great sight but still really cool being up so high. lol. Louisville did really well, they won every division they were in. AKA.. a clean sweep. lol But being there made me realize how much I have changed since I lived there. I am glad to be here in south florida and not still out there, it just wasnt my scene pretty much. Although, I did become a much more independent person being there and doing my own thing but still, i <3>

Every weekend down here in 'Ft. Laudy' end up turning into a late night of hard dirty beats at some club filled with metrosexual men and girls who love them. Not that its not a good time, but ya know, it gets difficult differentiating the two. Anyway, this weekend we did not take part in those festivities, rather we hung out and had wine & white russians at Jack & Tonys new place which turned into, of course, PHOTO-BOOTH FUN! One of the many perks of having an infamous, MacBook. It was much fun.

I am still finishing up some of my final work for class this upcoming week. Wednesday is my last day of class & then I have my spring break until April 6th. Thats a long overdue 11 days off that I am very much so looking forward to ladies & gents. Chloe is excited to have her mommy around all the time & get some time at the dog park! YAY! lol Well, time to get back to designing... ta-ta!

I am trying to get through these last two weeks of school as productively as possible, which its thursday now so i thinki am doing okay. I just have a shit load of final projects due... i am enjoying though for the most part because of the pressure i guess, i imagine this is what the 'real life' is going to be like. deadlines :x . lol Anywayy .. I had a really fun St. Pattys Day which was cool. Me and Marissa went to downtown Ft. Lauderdale, they had it all blocked off, kind of how they do it in Seaside, NJ.. minus the parade lol But we ended up in a latin bar for most of the night.. we had a blast though. I met Marissa at my school... she is so AI. lol. Most def. the realest person I have met down here in Florida & i guess it helps that we share the same interests.

I am trying to just keep really busy lately to keep my mind of some things. I went to get my nails done todayy and then I got a massage for 10 bucks from the nail tech lol Even in this economic 'crisis', I can justify why I need a massage - just because! ha ... I am really excited for some upcoming events... the music festival is soon and a bunch of people are going to be down here in florida.. that means.. POOL PARTYS!! alsoo I am going to Daytona in April for college nationals (cheer business lol) & I am excited to see some friends that I dont see that often. I miss a few of them. Gotta get to workk ... <3

today sucked. I got in a car accident on I-95.. not fun. Now I have my sisters car because my airbags deployed so my car is not drivable right now. I feel bad about taking her means of transportation away from her, then again she has my mom. lol.

Enough about today. Lets backtrack to last night - which was fun! I ended up @ Americas Backyard to meet up with a long lost friend, Eddie O Niell. We bullshitted for a little while about good times back in the dirty Jers. I miss Jersey from time to time.. but not so much just yet. lol. I have final projects due next week which is such a shitty time of the quarter, trying to get everything together. I will be posting some work soon.

I have been researching these blogs recently. Of course i had heard alot about them but I didn't become a blogger until about a week ago, it took me sometime to get it together though. Im still learning the 'ropes' about how this works. I figured it would be something fun to do, being that i am on the computer 24/7, this might give me relief from my daily routine. I was hesistant about doing it because i journal pretty much everyday, but no one reads that. Sometimes I want to get things off my mind and get some feedback. Maybe this will help. I am graphic designer, in the making, so I am going to post some of my stuff on here and hopefully get some comments on that stuff. I more or less am using this as an outlet to speak my mind, jot down little ideas, quotes, and thoughts. I am excited for blog world. lol
